Submitting a Communication Request

Submit a request if you need a communication sent from Funeral Directors Life, DIGicon, or Passare. Depending on your needs, this could be for Sales Managers, Select Producers, DIGicon users, OA users, etc.

What can be created?

We have a few different methods of communication at our disposal, including Emails, Appcues, and Banners.

Emails

We can send branded emails for Funeral Directors Life, DIGicon, and Passare.

Appcues

These are in-app messages that pop up when a user visits a specific webpage. Appcues can be used in Online Access and Passare.

Banners

Passare has a unique feature for posting Banner alerts within the platform. These are used for emergency communications, outages, or other quick info like holiday office hours.

What information do I submit?

As much as possible! See descriptions below for each field on the request form.

  • Request Title
    Give your request a name. This will be the title of the ticket that we receive to begin working on your request. Examples: “DIGicon 25.1 announcement,” “Claimcheck error appcue,” “Online Access reporting outage.”

  • Your Name
    Provide the name of the primary person we will work with on this request.

  • Your Email
    Provide the email of the primary person we will work with on this request.

  • Communication Topic
    Select General Communication Request from the dropdown menu, unless you find a more specific option that better fits your request. Choosing a more specific option can help us understand your request better and expedite the process.

  • Describe the content below
    Provide as much information here as possible. Feel free to get wordy, include reference images, attach documents, etc. Anything that you think could help us understand your communication needs.

  • Attachment
    Any additional attachments can be provided here.

  • Approvers/Stakeholders
    Indicate who will be the final approvers on this project. Example: Todd Carlson, Amy Biggs, Jessie Martin, etc.

  • Recipients
    Indicate who the target audience is for this communication.

  • Exclude List
    Indicate who may need to be excluded from the communication. Examples: Spring Grove, Precoa, Policyholders, Prospects, etc.

  • CC List
    Use the provided list to choose who you’d like copied on the communication.

  • Others to CC
    Indicate any others you’d like copied on the communication.

  • Response Time
    Indicate the desired turnaround time for the request. This is not a guarantee; we will do our best to meet the desired time frame.

  • Launch Date
    If there is a specific date on which this communication needs to be sent or published, please indicate it here.
